An AA02 for a Dormant Company contains Company Details, a balance sheet and declaration by the Directors that the Company met the requirements for Dormant Company Status.

A typical example Dormant Company Accounts may only contain the following two entries:

Unpaid share capital £1

Shareholders Funds £1
